Heating Instructions for cold - pick up buffet orders

BUFFET APPETIZERS:

Garlic Bread / Garlic Bread Parm: Bake at 350° uncovered for 5 minutes.

Meatballs (sm & lg), Italian Sausages: Bake at 350° covered for 30-35 minutes.

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms / Roasted Wings / Boneless Chicken Tenders: Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes.

SAUCES:

Tomato, Meat, & Marinara: Heat on stove top at medium temp, stirring occasionally

BUFFET HOUSE SPECIALTIES:

Remove from box, cook to internal temperature of 165°

Toasted Ravioli: Bake at 350° for 15-18 min.

Chicken or Veal Cutlet Parm: Bake at 350° for 25-30 min. Remove cover for last 10 min. Heat sauce on stove top.

Penne in Tomato Sauce: Bake at 350° covered for 30 minutes, stir occasionally 

Cheese Ravioli: Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes 

Cheese Ravioli Pomodoro: Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes 

Gnocchi Pomodoro: Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, stir occasionally 

Baked Lasagna: Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes, leave cover on
