The Chateau Restaurant located in Andover is now looking to hire an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team.

Enjoy a 40-45 hour average work week with paid overtime!  Some daily responsibilities can include but are not limited to: opening & closing duties, running the floor during busy periods, resolving guest & employee conflicts, training staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards.  Schedule can include days, nights, weekends and some holidays.

Candidates must have exceptional leadership skills; restaurant management experience in a high volume setting is preferred. Knowledge of and or experience with labor & liquor costs is a plus! You need to be a natural team leader, be reliable, have strong time management & communication skills, you should be extremely organized and enjoy working with the public. For this position you must have the ability to provide the finest guest experience while leading a motivated and guest-service focused team. Kitchen Manager

Enjoy a 50-55 hour average work week, set schedules, paid vacation and more!!!

Some daily responsibilities include but not limited to:  Managing the kitchen staff including hiring & training, discipline, scheduling, inventory and ordering, working the line during busy times, maintaining quality food standards by utilizing recipes & plating guide specifications.  Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements, applicants must be able to read and follow menus and recipes.  Kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience required.  The Kitchen Manager must be a team leader & motivator, must understand that working the line during lunch and dinner is required.  Must have a flexible schedule and able to work days, nights and weekends (Sundays are required).  To be eligible for any of these positions, a candidate must be a U.S. national or have existing U.S. work authorization

 

Day Time Hostess/Host Staff
